Woodhead Road (II)

Oil on plywood panel 8" x 8"

The little trickle of icy water running down the road towards me made this scene a bit special I thought.

I'm really enjoying the entire foggy series, Sheila. They are colorful in quiet, romantic way.

Another lovely piece, Sheila. Great composition too; especially the placement of the converging white lines and icy trickle (which also shows just how cold it was)!

These are beautiful and very sensitive to the subtle shifts in light. I'm so glad to have discovered your blog.
